The people around you are more interesting than your feed.

Intersect notices who's worth meeting.

Intersect notices when someone nearby would make a great conversation — and introduces you like a mutual friend would.

How it works

A mutual friend, with better timing.

No swiping, no feeds, no profiles to grind. Intersect does the noticing so the two of you can do the talking.

It learns what lights you up

Your photos and browsing are distilled on your phone into interests — raw data never leaves your device. You confirm or correct every single thing it thinks about you.

It watches for great collisions

When someone nearby crosses your excitement threshold — shared obsession, complementary skills, a worldview worth arguing with — you both get a ping.

It introduces you properly

Both of you get the same briefing, like a mutual friend making an introduction. Confirm interest, see each other's photo, and go say hi.

Or connect on the spot

Met someone in the wild? Scan their QR, tap phones, or literally bump them together — instant conversation starter for both of you.

Connect in the wild

Met someone without a ping? Even better.

Every path lands in the same place: one shared briefing, one open chat, zero “so… what do you do?”

Scan a QR

Already talking to someone great? Show your code, they scan it, and Intersect hands you both a conversation starter before the small talk runs dry.

Tap phones

Where the platform pair allows it, an NFC tap does the whole handshake — no cameras, no typing, just contact.

Bump them

Literally knock your phones together. Motion, timing, and place are matched at the edge — no phone-to-phone radio, so it works iPhone to iPhone too.

Privacy

Built paranoid.

A product that knows what lights you up only works if you can trust it completely. So we designed for the worst case first.

  • Photos and browsing history are processed on your device. Only distilled interests — text you can read and veto — are ever uploaded.
  • Strangers see a rough, non-identifying description first. Photos are revealed only after you both opt in, and only if the other person passed a live selfie check.
  • One tap makes you invisible and clears your location from our servers.
